Georgina Rodríguez and her twin sister Ivana have hinted at a family feud by removing all traces of each other on social media.
Georgina Rodríguez, the long-term partner of football star Cristiano Ronaldo, has sparked rumors of a family conflict with her sister Ivana. The 30-year-old model reportedly deleted all posts featuring her 34-year-old sister from Instagram, according to Mundo Deportivo.
Previously, the sisters frequently shared moments of their close relationship on social media, but now it seems they have stopped following each other on Instagram, leading to speculation of tension between them. However, Ivana has kept several photos with Georgina on her page. Despite media attention, the reasons for their alleged falling out remain unclear.
The rumors likely began when Ivana was barely seen during the second season of Georgina's Netflix show I Am Georgina. Her absence from the show fueled speculation about possible issues between the sisters, but no official comments have been made.
In addition to family rumors, Georgina recently attracted attention by sharing an update about her health. She revealed that she spent four days in the hospital with pneumonia but is now recovering at home with her family. "I spent four days in the hospital with pneumonia, I'm feeling better now but still recovering at home with my family," she wrote on Instagram. She also thanked the hospital staff for their care.
Georgina was treated at Saudi German Hospital in Riyadh, where she lives with Ronaldo. During her hospital stay, Ronaldo continued to play for his club Al-Nassr, scoring a goal in their 2-1 win over Al-Shabab in the Saudi Pro League, and then helping his team secure a 1-0 victory over Iranian club Esteghlal in the AFC Champions League.
Georgina and Ronaldo have been together since 2016 and have two children together. Ronaldo also has three children from previous relationships. After Ronaldo moved to Saudi Arabia in 2023, it was reported that he and Georgina were granted permission to live together — an exception to the rule that prohibits unmarried couples from living together in the kingdom.
In the latest season of her show, Georgina shared how happy she was when she learned Ronaldo would be joining Al-Nassr at the end of 2022: "When Cris told me he was going to play for Al-Nassr, I was so relieved because I really wanted to leave Manchester," she admitted.
