Demi Moore, Angelina Jolie, and Other Stars at the 2024 Governors Awards

The Governors Awards 2024 once again proved that Hollywood knows how to impress with elegance and style, even at such official events.

On November 17, 2024, the prestigious Governors Awards ceremony took place in Los Angeles, bringing together Hollywood's biggest stars.

Among the attendees were Angelina Jolie, Demi Moore, Nicole Kidman, Tilda Swinton, and many other celebrities.

Organized by the Board of Governors of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, this year’s event honored the legacy of the legendary Quincy Jones, as well as celebrated the achievements of James Bond producers Barbara Broccoli and Michael G. Wilson, director Richard Curtis, and casting director Juliet Taylor.

The ceremony marked the official start of the Oscar season festivities. Stars opted for understated and elegant looks for the occasion.

Pamela Anderson appeared in a sleek black gown by Giorgio Armani. Jennifer Lawrence, expecting a new addition to her family, highlighted her pregnancy with a figure-hugging dress in a rich chocolate hue by Bottega Veneta.

Angelina Jolie, who attended the ceremony with her son, chose a vintage, unbranded dress from The Kit Vintage.
Several stars also wore archival dresses by Chanel, a symbolic choice as the fashion house has yet to announce its new creative director.
