Jennifer Lopez Buys a New $21M Luxury Mansion After Divorce

Jennifer Lopez has officially embarked on a new chapter of her life following her split from Ben Affleck. The 54-year-old pop diva has purchased a lavish estate in the exclusive Hidden Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles for an impressive $21 million.

Meanwhile, her ex-husband is settling into his own bachelor pad in Brentwood, close to his former wife, Jennifer Garner, and their three children.

Lopez’s property spans 2.5 acres and includes a stunning 10,046-square-foot mansion, a stable, a riding arena, a guest house, and, of course, a pool. For those who appreciate luxury, the estate also boasts a private theater, a spacious chef’s kitchen, and a fully equipped gym.

The mansion also has a star-studded history: it was previously owned by Creedence Clearwater Revival founder John Fogerty, who purchased it from none other than Sylvester Stallone before selling it to Lopez.

However, selling her former home with Affleck has not been as smooth. The couple bought a luxurious $61 million Beverly Hills estate in May 2023 but decided to part ways with it just a few months later. Initially attempting to sell it off-market, they later officially listed it for $68 million.

Known as Crestview Manor, the estate is nothing short of a palace: 38,000 square feet, 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, a 5,000-square-foot guest penthouse, a security guardhouse, a staff house, and a 12-car garage. To top it off, the property features a bar, a gym, a sports lounge, a boxing ring, basketball and pickleball courts, and parking for up to 80 vehicles!

It’s worth noting that after months of marriage troubles, Lopez filed for divorce in August, citing April 26, 2024, as their date of separation.

Lopez and Affleck’s rekindled romance, which began in 2021 after 17 years apart, led to a whirlwind Las Vegas wedding in July 2022, followed by a lavish celebration at Affleck’s Georgia estate.
