According to an insider who spoke with RadarOnline, the couple has been together for nearly 15 years and is already raising two children. Despite their long-standing relationship, they were in no rush to get married. However, the insider reveals that the couple is now ready to take the next big step and plan their wedding, especially as they are hoping to welcome a third child.

“They are incredibly happy together. Although their relationship has had its ups and downs, mostly because Jason was hesitant about commitment, he has overcome those issues. He’s proven to be an amazing partner and father, and they are more in love than ever,” the insider shared.

The couple got engaged back in 2016, with plans to marry in 2018. However, they postponed the wedding to focus on raising their firstborn son, Jack. Later, Rosie became pregnant with their second child, which further delayed the ceremony. Now, as they are thinking about expanding their family with a third child, they realize they can no longer put off the wedding.

“They joke that if they wait any longer, they’ll end up getting married in a retirement home,” the insider added.

Statham and Huntington-Whiteley’s relationship became public in 2010, and the actor proposed to her in 2016. In June 2017, the couple welcomed their son Jack, followed by their daughter, James, in February 2022. Now, they are ready to finally celebrate their wedding and possibly welcome another addition to their growing family.
