Pamela Anderson knows how to surprise. Once she ruled the beaches in a red swimsuit; today she’s taking over the world… with a jar of pickles. But not just any pickles — these smell like roses, look like art pieces, and come with a charitable mission.
These pickles have a pedigree worthy of vintage champagne. The recipe comes from Great-Grandma Vi, a legendary hostess who won cooking contests and always looked like a star: sparkling accessories, coffee in hand, a dazzling smile — and a jar of her signature pickles.
The base is classic — dill, mustard, garlic. But Pamela thought, “Why not add a little magic?” — and wove in dried rose petals. For extra kick: pink peppercorns, guajillo chili, and smoked sea salt. The result? A flavor that blends the delicacy of a flower with the boldness of spice.
Each jar of Pamela’s Pickles is a mini gallery. Floral-themed labels, a refined color palette, a neat design by Flamingo Estate. This isn’t just food — it’s a chic kitchen accessory, perfect for gifting to a friend or displaying next to your cookbooks.
Price: $35–38 a jar, with 100% of the proceeds going to the California Wildlife Center, which helps wildlife in need. Only a few hundred jars were made — available exclusively through Flamingo Estate’s website. Missed out? No problem — the recipe is in Pamela’s book With Love: Recipes from the Heart.
