Former Foster-Hadid Malibu Mansion Listed for $11 Million

The 3.25-acre ocean-view property was destroyed in last year’s Palisades Fire, and now one lucky buyer has the opportunity to rebuild a true architectural masterpiece.

David Foster and Yolanda Hadid’s former Malibu estate is back on the market — this time as a fire-damaged lot priced at over $11 million, according to TMZ.

The 3.25-acre ocean-view property was destroyed in last year’s Palisades Fire, and now one lucky buyer has the opportunity to rebuild a true architectural masterpiece.

The conceptual design by Bowery Design Group envisions a modern 14,000-square-foot estate featuring six bedrooms, ten bathrooms, soaring 14-foot ceilings, and breathtaking 270-degree views of the Pacific Ocean.

The dream residence would also include every luxury imaginable — a private theater, spa, gym, game room, and nearly 4,000 square feet of outdoor living space with three pools, a bocce court, and a full sports court.

The property also retains access to La Costa Beach Club and is conveniently located near Malibu hotspots like Nobu, Soho House, and Malibu Pier.

Listing agent Daniel Milstein, who represents the property alongside Aaron Kirman of Christie’s International Real Estate, told TMZ:

“This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to rebuild an iconic residence on a rare lot in prime Malibu. Thanks to Bowery Design Group, we have a clear vision of what this property can become.”
Yolanda and David purchased the estate in 2007 for $4.5 million, transforming it into a European-style villa where the Hadid sisters — Gigi and Bella — spent their teenage years. The property also became famous as a backdrop on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”

Today, Yolanda resides in Texas after selling her Pennsylvania farm, while David remains based in Los Angeles.
