1. Sudden Weight Changes Without Reason

If the number on the scale fluctuates even though your diet, stress level, and activity remain the same, it’s a warning sign. Possible causes: hypothyroidism (slowed metabolism and weight gain), hyperthyroidism (accelerated metabolism and weight loss), insulin resistance, or hormonal imbalance.

What to do: Get tested for TSH, T3, T4, insulin, and cortisol. Consult your doctor with the results. Add protein and fiber to your diet, reduce fast carbs, include moderate exercise, and avoid strict diets — they only make the problem worse.

2. Constant Fatigue

If you feel exhausted even after a full night’s sleep, your body isn’t getting enough energy. Common causes: deficiency of vitamins D and B12, low iron levels, thyroid issues, or mitochondrial dysfunction.
