100 g quick-cooking oats
100 g flour
40 g vegetable oil
50 ml fresh orange juice
50 g sugar
5 g baking powder
50 g dark chocolate
Zest of 1 orange
Pinch of salt
Step 1:
Grind the oats and flour in a coffee grinder or food processor until they resemble coarse flour.
Step 2:
Add the orange zest, salt, baking powder, and sugar to the flour mixture.
Step 3:
Melt the chocolate in the microwave or using a double boiler. Combine with the vegetable oil and add the warm orange juice.
Step 4:
Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until a dough forms.
Step 5:
Grease your hands with a little oil, then shape the dough into balls about the size of a large walnut.
Step 6:
