100g banana
100g coconut flakes
40g coconut oil
70g peanut butter
20ml coconut milk or water
Step 1
Blend the banana with peanut butter and warm coconut oil using an immersion blender until it turns into a smooth puree.
The mixture should be homogeneous and smooth. If you notice the oil separating, add 20ml of coconut milk or water.
Step 2
Blend again until the mixture is completely smooth and has an emulsion-like consistency.
Step 3
Mix in the coconut flakes.
Step 4
Shape the mixture into bars (around 8x3 cm). You can also shape them into round candies.
Step 5
Place them on a cutting board lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for 5-6 hours.
Step 6
Melt the chocolate and coat the bars.
